Hear Here is a group of San Francisco Bay Area composers working toward global outreach and finding new ways to present and share imaginative new music. Here Hear is interested in music as a total immersion experience — a link to video, to design, to dance, to the playground of human imagination.

Bay Area concerts by Hear Here in 2010 and 2011 were our first. Year 2012 will see our music as part of a program to Hong Kong (where member composer Alexis Alrich is based). We’re working toward our goal of bringing the work of composers from Hong Kong and Mainland China to American ears, fulfilling our mission of a true Asian-American Composers Alliance.
